Babies!

There’s a baby boom in our office! Of course I had Little Miss back in January (holy crap that was 6months ago!!), one of my coworkers is pregnant and due end of September and she’s blossoming! Then my other coworker, his wife had a baby boy two weeks ago!

The reason I’m blogging about this is because I saw the baby boy today! I was walking back from the sandwich shop when someone from a car shouted at me. It was my lovely coworker! I hadn’t noticed him because I was far away in my own little world (was actually thinking about a client – my work never ends!). Anyway so I went over to see him, his wife and the baby. Awww he’s a little cutie pie! He looks so small! (He isn’t small it’s just that comparing him to Little Miss now is just amazing the difference 6 months make) I had a chat with my coworker and his wife. Baby boy is a nocturnal creature at the moment! They didn’t look to bad considering. Actually she looked AMAZING! She’s always been a beautiful girl – and he’s a good looking lad so I’m sure baby boy will be a heartbreaker!

I’ve bought the baby boy a little gift – just a little fabric teething ring – and I bought a little congratulations card for the proud parents. I love these card designs I really do!

You are so incredibly thoughtful. I bet they will love the card (and the teething fabric in a few months!) Maybe your company should have a little daycare center – Little Miss would have plenty of friends to play with 🙂

Stupid question but what does Bachgen Bach translate too in English?

A daycare centre would be a fantastic idea! But I very much doubt that they’d say yes to that one!

“Bachgen bach” means “little boy” or in this case “baby boy” – “bach” meaning little/small and “bachgen” meaning boy.
