Eating

Lunch

Well I’m back at work now so this week I’ve eaten a whole packet of mint imperials! But I’ve also been a good girl and been taking a packed lunch with me – this week’s choice was a ham, lettuce & cucumber tortilla wrap. Was very nice even if I do say so myself!

Wearing

Thsi weekend I’m participating in Geaorge of Asda’s “48 Hours in Denim Challenge so I’m in some fab new jeans! I’ll be sharing a bit post about this soon!

Exploring

Llanberis & Beaumaris

Nowhere really except during my last week of maternity I did take my girls exploring to Llanberis, Beaumaris & Porthmadog – Photo Days posts coming soon!

Admiring

Ah well today we’ll be in Birmingham at the Grand Designs show to admire some fab home improvement ideas! Let’s hope I don’t spend too much!!

Collecting

Sheep collection

I’m not collecting anything specific at the moment. In fact I don’t think I have a collection at all – I just hoard everything! I do have a nice little collection of sheep trinkets on my windowsill at work though.

What are you up to currently?

Beaumaris is beautiful, I’ve been there last year, I can’t wait to see the other two castles and the Grand design show sounds like a place where I would love to spend some money :)) x

I’ve not been into Beaumaris castle! It’s somewhere I keep meaning to go. I also have Harlech castle and Conwy castle to visit again but unfortunately can’t whilst the little ones are in a pram – surprisingly they never designed castle to be accessible with a pram!

Thankfully we didn’t spend too much at Grand Designs this year! x

Those photos of Llanberis, Beaumaris & Porthmadog look lovely, I always used to go to Porthmadog on holiday when I was a kid! Also, that wrap looks yum too 🙂 xx

I’m so lucky to live in such a beautiful area. I really do not make the most of it! Did you used to stay at one of the caravan parks around Porthmadog – plenty of great places! And I can confirm that the wrap was yum! 😉 x

I keep meaning to start eating wraps instead of sandwiches – they are so much healthier! How is work going?

Apparently so! I was good and had wraps for the 4 days I worked last week – yay me! Determined to make them because I saw the local sandwich shop started selling them at £3.25 each now!

Work is good thanks – soon got back into the swing of things!

Wow – that is a rip off I think! Definitely better to make them yourself!

That wrap looks amazing! Seriously…I’m kind of drooling. Haha. Do you have a recipe for it?

    Thanks for linking up!

It was nice but the coleslaw made me feel a bit bloated so might have to forego coleslaw next time. I’m sharing the recipe next Friday hopefully!
