June Bucket List

I’m linking up with Twinderelmo for the first time this year. Here’s my June Bucket List.
  • 1) Pack a hospital bag – this is something I have to get done! Baby is due in less than 5 weeks which pretty much means it could arrive at anytime!
  • 2) Sort through Little Miss’ clothes – I need to go through Little Miss’ old clothes to see what we have for Baby 2! I’m not going to buy new clothes just yet as we should be able to dress her in the same clothes.
  • 3) Meet up with a Facebook friend again – I’ve met her before but I want to meet her again before baby arrives. She has a little boy that’s the same age as Little Miss. We’re actually meeting up on Saturday the 6th June!
  • 4) Take doggies walkies – in all honesty, and it pains me to say it, I don’t actually remember when I last took them for a walk!
  • 5) Get some blog posts drafted and scheduled – well I’m not sure how much time I’ll have to blog after baby arrives so I need to get some stuff scheduled. I have a ton of posts in draft but they need perfecting!
  • 6) Sort out the office room/spare room – considering we’re accountants we are rubbish at filing our own paperwork! The office room is a tip! I have started but plan was thwarted when I couldn’t find the hole punch!
  • 7) Prepare our accounts and tax returns – yeah as accountants we’re pretty crap at taking our own advice! We are the type of clients we hate! Big box of random receipts in no order whatsoever!
  • 8) Change my prescription – I need to get my medicines!!!

Yay welcome to the ‘Bucket List crew’ 😉 Good luck with your list lovely, exciting that it’s only 5 weeks (or less) left! Looking forward to lots of baby pics! As for preparing drafts etc, you could always ask around and see if anyone wants to guest post for you as well? You benefit from their readers hopefully popping over to read their post and from their social outreach, plus you will be copy and pasting rather than desperately typing whilst baby sleeps. It’s what Raising the Rings has done, so have a nose at hers and you’ll see what I mean xx

Thanks! I did think of guest posting but haven’t really got my arse in gear to think in much detail! Never done quest posting before so not sure of “etiquette” to be honest!

Looks like u have quite the list to get through! Best part is packing the hospital bag, I remember packing and unpacking about 5 times for all 3 kids. I was over excited and love admiring and trying to picture what my little peas would look like. All the best with the countdown, like you said 5 weeks isn’t much longer to go.

I’ve still not quite finished packing! I need to actually do it though otherwise I’ll end up in hospital with no baby clothes!

Writing blog posts ahead of time is a really good idea! You’ll feel so revieved that you did it. 🙂

I’ve done a couple but not as many as I’d thought!

That is a really productive-looking list! My to do list is very similar right now! Packing for England and so much stuff to get ready before then!

I loved packing my hospital bag – it made it all seem real and you forget how tiny babies really are!!
Hope you manage to fit in a dog walk but make sure it’s a gentle one!! Same with sorting the rooms – no early labour please!
Good luck and thanks so much for linking up xx

I’m still not done with my hospital bag! I keep looking at the old clothes and can’t believe Little Miss was ever that small!
