Liked and Loved – December

Liked and Loved December

Well 2017 is now here but before I look at the New Year let me just give you a quick run down of what I liked and loved during December.

Has to be top of the list! Christmas this year was a bit more magical because Little Miss now understands the concept of Sion Corn (Father Christmas).

Little Miss was in her first nativity! She was centre stage with her classmates and sand Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Jingle Bells. Thankfully she sang the right version on the day and not the “Batman Smells” version I keep singing!

Ikea Trip

Swedish meatballs! Mmmmmm #ikea #food #meatballs #swedishmeatballs

We took a trip to IKEA as I needed a chair to put in Miss Mostyn’s bedroom. BEST thing about an IKEA trip is the Swedish meatballs!

It’s no secret that I love my work. I did not love the stress but I did love the busyness of it all. January is going to be the same!

Date night

Hubby met a stormtrooper! #starwars #rogueone #datenight

Star Wars Rogue One was released and we managed to convince Nain and Taid to take the girls for the evening. Good night was had! And as you can se, hubby met a stormtrooper!

Christmas Dinner with Mam

Christmas Dinner

Mam treated us to a Christmas dinner on the 21st. We went to the Palace Vaults which is opposite the castle in Caernarfon. Excellent food and plenty of it!

Bullet Journal

I finally got into the swing of my Bullet Journal after months of picking it up and dropping it. It’s a great way to keep track of where everyone is but more than anything else it’s a great excuse to doodle again (see below)!

Sky Movies showed Zootropolis and I LOVED it! I didn’t think I would but oh my what an underrated film! I’ve worked out why I love it so much – it’s the fox! Reminds me of Robin Hood and my childhood.

How was your December? What did have you liked and loved during December?

Your bullet journal is a lot prettier than mine!! I am so jealous you get to watch your child in a nativity – they don’t do them here, they don’t have any kind of religion in school. I think it is a shame that Ms. I will miss out on that tradition at Christmas.

My teenage daughter loves Zootropolis, she must have watched it over 100 times! I must be the only person who has never tried IKEA meatballs, I visit Ikea all the time too but have never been in the cafe x

Sounds like a great month, I do love Ikea, though I always spend way too much every time I go. I saw my daughter’s first ever nativity in December and it was amazing! #LikedandLoved
