On the Thursday we went on a glass bottom boat trip.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZLJzxz7sO58?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=cy&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>It was a really clear day so the sun was rather hot. We\u00a0had booked\u00a0on the Glass Bottom Boat trip and it wasn&#8217;t what we had expected. We had a but of a journey around the Playa Blanca bay before we moored off the coast of Playa Mujeres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6718\" src=\"http:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2862.jpg\" alt=\"Playa Mujeres Lanzarote\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2862.jpg 600w, https:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2862-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The trip offered some watersports such as kayaking and rides on the banana boat. Also you could go swimming in the sea. We watched others on the banana boat and it looked like a lot of fun!\u00a0They also offered a trip over to the beach at Playa Mujeres but because of our pram we couldn&#8217;t easily do that.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6719\" src=\"http:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2863.jpg\" alt=\"Fuerteventura Lanzarote\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2863.jpg 600w, https:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2863-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now of course since it was a glass bottom boat you could go under deck and view the fish in the beautiful blue sea. It was great but did get a bit boring after a while because there was pretty much only one type of fish out there &#8211; grey! But Miss Mostyn seemed to enjoy herself watching the fishes!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6717\" src=\"http:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2861.jpg\" alt=\"Glass Bottom Boat\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2861.jpg 600w, https:\/\/becster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_2861-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the trip there was food and drink provided as part of the excursion cost &#8211; if I remember correctly it was chicken drumsticks, chips, salad etc and drinks.<\/p>\n<p>The staff on the boat were very friendly and helped us with the pram (including carrying it to the top deck). Also, I was sporting my trusted Mark Webber Red Bull baseball cap which the captain spotted so we had a great discussion about Formula 1.<\/p>\n<p>Overall thoughts &#8211; wasn&#8217;t ideal for us with a toddler and baby but would&#8217;ve been perfect for adults and older children.
