"#FridayFrivolity"

How is it Friday again already?! So that means it’s time for another Friday Frivolity linky party! Today’s theme for the hosts is the Olympics since well it’s the Olympics in Rio!

If I’m honest, I’m not too bothered about the Olympics as I’m not a very sporty person. Formula 1 doesn’t qualify for the Olympics as it’s mechanically propelled sports! Ah well never mind! But I found this perfect meme for my thoughts on this year’s Olympics….

"Olympics

That’s probably a bit harsh really as I’m supporting Team GB and hope they do well. But really, I can’t get behind it.. unlike 2012 when I totally got into the buzz! So in the spirits of being happy about it, here are a couple of memes I found online..

"Olympics

I found this one to be really funny! But then I thought, why is he not competing?

"Phelps

I had to give you a Michael Phelps one – although I know there’s some better ones of THAT face!

"Pokemon

Well naturally I couldn’t let it slip by without a Pokemon meme (or two, or three…)

"No

"Phelps

(Yeah THAT face!)

Are you watching the Olympics and are you enjoying it? Or are you like me, and a bit bleh about it all?
