Today I’m linking up with Sarah and Louise for this fab new linky which celebrates the weekend with This Little Big Life! I did this short vlog about it but I suggest you read this post as the video is very very short!
Saturday I spent the morning at work because it’s hectic and I have just too much to do. I’m telling you, my To-Do list breeds over night I’m sure! After I got home I tidied the kitchen whilst hubby watched some Paw Patrol with the girls. I found some little helpers in the kitchen! 🙂

We decided to have an Indian takeaway for supper because I couldn’t be bothered to cook. It was a mistake! It wasn’t bad or anything I just always regret my choice!!

Our big news of the weekend is that we started to do some proper potty training and it was a success! Some parents offer stickers as a reward for using the potty but we use Blu Tac! She wants Play Doh but we have Blu Tac! 🙂
Sunday
We were meeting my friend at a local garden centre for lunch. I hadn’t seen her for months so it was good to catch up. We also bought some more vegetables for our veggie patch – broccoli, spring onions and lettuce. It’s looking good!

After my friend went home I took some time out to make some homemade flapjacks. So easy I can’t believe it! I’m trying to cut back on the amount I spend on lunch by making my own flapjacks especially since they’ve started putting sultanas in the ones I buy.

And in the evening I had some extra long cuddles with my baby girl Miss Mostyn because she was starting at nursery on Monday. Emotional rollercoaster!
How was your weekend?

Love your dogs! I know what you mean about getting take away, next day is always a why did we do that!! Great to see another link up for #thislittlebiglife
We used to make flapjacks in school all the time!
LOL at the BluTac. I remember trying to make models out of it as a kid – was never allowed Play Doh. Also not sure why we even had BluTac seeing as we weren’t allowed posters?? (army house).
What a fancy potty! And I love your garden. I’m so jealous of anyone that has a backyard garden.
I bloody love flapjack but we call it nutty flip here.
The veggie patch looks great, well done! I saw the flapjack on Instagram, it must be delicious. x
